LaVerne and his assistant were on time, polite and very thorough without being over the top. He provided a well written and documented report that was sensible and easy to understand. He has been responsive to questions since the inspection.

Very professional and through! Only one thing could of been better. If he would of gone over, with me, what he was going to put in his report. Unfortunately, because the range hood light was burned out and reported, it caused us to have to have a licensed professional contractor come out to replace the bulb, before we could close on our loan. Otherwise, awesome! Next time, I'll just ask more questions.

I think Levern did a great job and would highly recommend this company. We chose this company above others after calling and speaking with Angela; she was wonderful and genuinely caring. Levern was prompt, thorough and gave us good advice as to how to get to the source of 2 leaks we had from unknown causes. My only constructive comment would be that there were several episodes of miscommunication that I didn't think needed to occur making the relationship a bit awkward and costing us some dollars we didn't expect but overall top notch!

While I haven’t actually used their services, I wanted to write a review on their excellent, honest character and customer service. We were having an issue with a bedroom in our house being 4-5 degrees cooler in the winter than other rooms, so I was looking for potentially an infrared scan and called LL Spencer to look into the service. While they did say that was certainly a service they offer and gave me a quote for the room, I was forwarded to the owner directly for expertise and advice. The owner personally gave me advice on how to try to fix the issue ourself (very simple but I just had no idea), spent 15 minutes on the phone with me walking me through step by step the potential fix. The advice worked like a charm. I think it’s incredibly honest and kind since because of this advice they lost business, but if we ever have a home inspection need in the future I wouldn’t go to anyone else!! Reputable, honest, helpful and kind. Doesn’t get any better.

Very Thorough.

We had a wind mitigation inspection performed, and the insurance company just dropped our premiums by $3500 after receiving the inspection report. We were paying $6500 for home-owner's insurance, and now we pay $3000/year.
