Very professional and through! Only one thing could of been better. If he would of gone over, with me, what he was going to put in his report. Unfortunately, because the range hood light was burned out and reported, it caused us to have to have a licensed professional contractor come out to replace the bulb, before we could close on our loan. Otherwise, awesome! Next time, I'll just ask more questions.

They are quick to answer questions and give explanations. They were a great choice. My builder sent a crew out the very next day after receiving the report and handled the majority of the issues.
