My only constructive comment would be that there were several episodes of miscommunication that I didn't think needed to occur making the relationship a bit awkward and costing us some dollars we didn't expect but overall top notch!

Very professional and through! Only one thing could of been better. If he would of gone over, with me, what he was going to put in his report. Unfortunately, because the range hood light was burned out and reported, it caused us to have to have a licensed professional contractor come out to replace the bulb, before we could close on our loan. Otherwise, awesome! Next time, I'll just ask more questions.

Great home inspector. Very accurate on his review of systems, equipment and structure. I am a general contractor and use him on all my projects and also recommend him to all my friends. If you are able to get him on schedule, do it. You will not be disappointed.

They are quick to answer questions and give explanations. They were a great choice. My builder sent a crew out the very next day after receiving the report and handled the majority of the issues. Still waiting for completion.
